Organise yourself - Step 2
Step 2: Execute tasks that require less than 2 minutes immediately

In the second step, you should now analyse all the tasks you are responsible for, if the tasks can be executed in less the 2 minutes.

A task that can be done in two minutes, you should immediately address and do. A shift of this task to a later date, the resubmission and the thinking into this task again would take more time than its actual completion. Do these tasks immediately.

You have now a collection of tasks that you need to remember for later processing. You can already prepare for the efficient handling. This is described in chapter 3.
