With our Organiseme for Docs add-on user's can enter action items / tasks into a Docs document - e.g. meeting minutes or protocols - in a structured way. These action items are automatically synchronized to the user's Organiseme account and created as tasks - and so they can be managed as part of all tasks of the user

In the following the installation of the Organiseme for Docs add-on is explained. For a description how to use the add-on please refer to the dedicated usage manual.

In order to install the Organiseme for Docs add-on the user needs to open in any or his Docs document the Add-on menu and select the 'Get add-ons...' entry.

Then a dialog box with the Docs Add-on marketplace opens in front. Here the user needs to enter 'Organiseme' in the search field. In the search result Organiseme for Docs add-on should be listed. In order to install the add-on pleaes click on the 'Free' button

Next a new browser window will open displaying the standard Google dialog box where the user is asked to select one of his Google accounts for login into the Organiseme for Docs add-on.

Then a new page will be displayed where all access rights the add-on requires for interacting with the user's document are listed. Here the user needs to give the permissions to the add-on by pressing the 'Allow' button. This will close the dialog box.

In order to add tasks to the document the user needs to open again the Add-on menu. Now 'Organiseme' should be part of the menu indicating that the installation was successful. Now you are ready to enter action items / tasks in a Docs document - and the tasks will be automatically created in your Organiseme account.
